The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted providers across the post-acute space. Over the last several months, leaders have been able to identify key factors that have greatly impacted their settings of care. To create this session, Jane Snecinski, FACHE, of Post Acute Advisors has collected input from leaders across the post-acute continuum of care, including providers in inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, long-term acute care, home health, hospice, and skilled nursing. During this session, attendees will learn how the pandemic has impacted their peers, and how their peers have learned from those impacts to prepare for success in the future.
