This session will look at how continuums of care can adapt to the “new normal” through enhanced data sharing with community partners and applying CARES funds effectively. You will hear examples of different ways governments, healthcare providers, and non-profits collaborate to address the crises hitting their communities. Your input on how the economic downturn is affecting homelessness will also be a key component of this session.
Networking sessions offer attendees an opportunity to talk with their peers while learning from session facilitators. During these sessions, facilitators will alternate between concise presentations of educational content and small group breakouts, allowing attendees to engage with one another and discuss the ideas presented. These sessions will use virtual Zoom breakout rooms, and we encourage participants to turn on their cameras to facilitate conversation and connection. A Zoom link will be provided to registrants.
