Date & Time

Description

The events of 2020 have produced information and regulatory overload for healthcare providers across the nation. Not only have events spurred by COVID-19 and economic concerns unfolded at an unprecedented pace, but also the federal and state directives regarding a wide range of regulatory updates and aid packages have frequently changed. Home health and hospice providers have been faced with months of equipment shortages, patient and family concerns, and financial uncertainty on top of confusion about COVID-19 relief programs and how the industry will be impacted in the long term. This session will dissect what happened, the many lessons learned, and what providers really need to know now and into the foreseeable future, all through a legal, operational, and regulatory lens.
