Trina Lanier is Chief Operating Officer and a Partner at Choice Health at Home. She provides oversight of the company’s Home Health and Hospice service lines, covering roughly half the state of Texas. Trina has an extensive successful track record of more than 25 years’ experience in Home Health and Hospice. In 2012, she partnered with David Jackson to expand the then rehab-focused Choice service lines into Home Health via a single license and location start-up. Choice has grown into a 28 location rehab, home health, and hospice business generating over $60 Million in annual revenues. Trina graduated from LeTourneau University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and is a Licensed Vocational Nurse. She spearheads initiatives at Choice to provide quality care to the elderly across the post-acute continuum. She actively supports the National Association of Home Care and Hospice & the Texas Home Care and Hospice associations.
