Kyle has worked closely with WellSky Aging & Disability and its users for over four years as an analyst in Solutions Management and as a Technical Support Representative in customer services. Kyle’s product knowledge and sense of urgency make him a vital asset to the Aging & Disability team. Kyle received his undergraduate degree from the University of Connecticut in Human Genetics and his Master of Business Administration degree from the Jack Welch School of Business at Sacred Heart University. Prior to working at WellSky, Kyle honed his product management and customer relations skills working as a Brand Advisor for a software and website management company in the retail industry.
