Diane currently leads the clinical department at Healthy Living at Home. Based in Sacramento, Calif., Healthy Living has 19 agencies in 6 states. Diane works to lead, develop, and implement excellent clinical practices with the focus on the home health patient. Diane collaborates and has developed a strategic partnership with the operations team to combine the importance of clinical excellence and financial measures outcomes. Diane has been in the home health industry for 25 years working as a CNA, field nurse, supervisor, and director of patient care services. Diane has worked in the clinical setting with mentally ill patients, HIV clinics, and infusion centers. Growing up in a small town in Alabama, Diane realized early that her passion was community health and bringing services to the patient outside of the hospital environment. Diane works with the clinical teams to continue that passion for the homebound patient, taking the services they need to them.
