This course is for home health intake staff and/or home health scheduling staff who are:

1. New to using WellSky Home Health OR
2. Wanting to refresh their knowledge and skills on chart management, scheduling practices, and managing a patient from admission (intake) to discharge.

A WellSky Learning Services consultant will, through discussion, demonstration, and exploration cover the following topics:

• Scheduling
• Chart management
• Admission scenarios
• Recertification
• Discharge
