Requirements
There are no prerequisite skills required to be able to use Crystal Reports, however the following
must be installed:
• Crystal Reports Professional on each PC used to write and run reports.
• A current version of the Intersystems ODBC driver installed on each PC. This is installed as standard as part of the CareFlow MM Software Installation.
• Current version of the CareFlow MM base tables installed on the Main Server. This is also part of the standard installation.
• Versions of software - Any version of Crystal Reports can be used with any version of CareFlow MM to produce ad-hoc/bespoke reports, provided it can access data via ODBC. However, when standard WellSky reports are amended (this includes the re-mapping of labels etc.) a minimum of Crystal Reports 9 Professional is required.
