Registration will stay open throughout the conference, and you can also register on-site in San Antonio at the conference. The earlier you register, the more you can save. To receive the discounted early-bird registration rate, be sure to register before this special rate expires on August 20, 2018.

No, we are no longer offering a companion package. Because of the growth of our conference, conference sessions, activities, and meals are only available to conference registrants.

Your registration includes access to all class sessions, CEU credits for eligible industries/professionals, pre-conference product sessions, breakfast, snacks, and lunch during the pre-conference and main conference days, along with the welcome reception, customer appreciation dinner and entertainment.

CareForum offers product-specific training during the pre-conference on Monday, September 10. Industry sessions and thought leadership occurs during the main conference on Tuesday, September 11 and Wednesday, September 12.

Applications to present at this year's conference were due June 1, 2018 ,and we are no longer accepting propsoals for CareForum 2018. However, we'd love to have you submit a proposal next year! We'll invite you to submit proposals next spring.

Yes! Attendees and exhbitors will have Wi-Fi internet access in meeting rooms for basic email, general web browsing and social media use. Login information will be shared via email prior to the start of the conference and also available via the mobile app.

Yes! At CareForum 2018, we’re offering CEUs for nursing professionals, physical therapists, and respiratory therapists. After the conference, a link will be distributed to complete the online evaluation questionnaire, which will tally individual credit hours. After you complete the questionnaire, you can immediately print a certificate of attendance. We will provide the following CEUs:

• Nursing Accreditation (ANCC)
• Accreditation for CA Board of Nursing
• Accreditation for Physical Therapists
• Accreditation for AARC

From the San Antonio International Airport (SAT): It’s a quick 8-mile drive to the conference hotel, and without rush-hour traffic, it will take about 15-20 minutes. The airport has shuttle and taxi services available and San Antonio has popular rideshare programs, including Uber and Lyft.

Mediware and Kinnser are excited to celebrate our customers by hosting an off-site reception at the historic Texas dancehall, Cowboys, Tuesday evening. You’ll get the full Texas experience, including the chance to experience a bull-riding competition, BBQ brisket and fixings, a mechanical bull, and a complimentary beer and wine bar. If you want to book rooms at the conference hotel (the San Antonio Marriott Rivercenter), we ask that registrants book rooms before Friday, August 24. If booked after August 24, rooms may not be available after this date, or they will not be available at the special conference rate. The conference rate is $170/night plus taxes and fees ($16.75).

Check-in time is 4 p.m. Check-out time is 11 a.m. When booking, please be sure to select the Marriott Rivercenter location, because the hotel has two towers with two different names.
