Description
What would happen if our cars did not have fuel gauges? The answer is many of us would run out of gas! Metrics can be utilized as a “GPS” in helping  OP settings understand where their practice is going and how far the practice is away from the goal destination.  A business that has clear and concise metrics will truly have a barometer for success! We utilize metrics in today’s OP environment for evaluating our key performance indicators as it aligns with our vision, mission, goals, clinical success, financial success, patient success, etc. As technology and innovation reach new levels, machine learning and artificial intelligence are becoming key contributors to today’s healthcare analytics process. The increasing trends in data analytics are helping  empower greater quality of care and advancing the operations within a healthcare organization. This workshop is designed as a crash course in identifying the essential metrics in today’s OP  environment. In addition, attendees will learn where to gather data, how to utilize the data, and “best practices” for maximizing productivity and reimbursement through qualitative and quantitative analytics.
CEUs are offered for this session.
