Session will provide an overview of several national quality initiatives for LTSS, including the NCI, NCI-AD, HCBS CAHPS and HEDIS. Participants will gain a better understanding of how State Aging, Disability and Medicaid Agencies are using these measures and will discuss how these initiatives can complement an existing quality improvement program.
