Session Details: CareForum 2019

Stuart Foster, General Manager, will set the stage with welcoming our valued partners/customers. Stuart will also spend some time discussing what the Rehab/Resp/Scheduling group focused on this past year and what the business objectives and goals are for the upcoming year. Each careforum we look forward in sharing in eachothers successes and coming together to discuss and learn active issues we all face in the industry.

The Product team will share product enhancements and focus on where we have been and where we are going . This session is a great way to learn about the innovation, features, workflow, and content that WellSky is working hard to address the "Jobs to be Done" to help our clients meet their market needs. We will also share some news about what our product team members are focused on moving forward for an exciting 2020 and beyond.

The future rests beyond our beautifully adorned facilities —technology can now meet us exactly where we are, even in our own living rooms. Our post-acute clients, most if not all with multiple chronic conditions, cycle through our organizations for short stays returning to the community.

Identify and discuss the drivers of healthcare transformation impacting the post-acute sector
Discuss the ever-increasing importance on whole-person care transitions and chronic condition management and the emerging upstream opportunities for the post-acute sector to extend its reach into the community.

Identify and discuss the critical importance of technology for bridging the gap between sectors
Identify and discuss the current challenges to upstream cross-sector collaboration and strategies to overcome.
