Melissa has devoted her nursing career to educating and training nurses to use evidence-based practice. Melissa currently holds a multi-state license, CPR instructor, Level one Medication Aid instructor, and Certifications in diabetic/nutrition, Intravenous (IV) therapy and wound care. Melissa is actively working to achieve her RN BSN with an anticipated graduation of 2020 At WellSky Long-Term Care (LTC), Melissa provides clinician-based knowledge to the Product Development team to ensure the WellSky LTC product adheres to industry best-practices to ensure the best possible outcomes for the residents.
