Libby Einterz, MSW, is the Pathway of Hope Data Analyst for The Salvation Army Central Territory. She has worked for The Salvation Army since October, 2012. Prior to her work at THQ, she worked at the Kroc Center in South Bend, Indiana as Social Services Director, and in the Indiana Division as Pathway of Hope Regional Coordinator. Libby earned her Master of Social Work degree from Indiana University, South Bend in 2009 and her Bachelor degree in General Studies in 2005. She earned a Certificate in Nonprofit Executive Leadership from the Fund Raising School at the Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy in 2017. As Data Analyst for Pathway of Hope, Libby designs and executes data extraction methodologies in support of program outcomes, funder evaluations, and data quality. She supports territorial and divisional leadership, staff, and case managers by conducting trainings and developing strategies that promote consistent use of data across the organization to ensure accurate analyses and reports.
