Jennifer Harkey has worked for the County of Ventura for the past 12 years in various roles, including a Program Analyst for the Human Services Agency and Program Administrator for the County Executive Office. She serves as staff to the Ventura County Continuum of Care, supporting the Coordinated Entry System, managing Emergency Solutions Grant funding and leading CoC Subcommittees dedicated to ending homelessness among Veterans and Youth. She holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor’s in Sociology from California State University Northridge.
