Eric Napierala works as an analyst for Georgia’s Department of Human Services’ Division of Aging Services. His focus is on non-Medicaid-based home and community based services working on improving the division’s service allocation mechanisms and the state’s oral health support. He holds a Master of Arts in Economics from Georgia State University with a concentration in health economics and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Georgia.
