Diane Poole is vice president of revenue cycle services for WellSky. She is a seasoned home care and hospice executive with expertise in accounting, finance, operations, software development, informatics, and education. She has more than 20 years of experience in the industry, having served as a former CFO, COO, manager of clinical informatics, and software analyst at the senior leadership level at Baystate VNA & Hospice, Holyoke Visiting Nurse Association, and Suncoast Solutions. A dedicated advocate for our industry, she has served as treasurer for the Hospice and Palliative Federation of Massachusetts and on committees for the Home Care Alliance of Massachusetts and the National Association for Home Care and Hospice Home Health Financial Managers Association. She is a frequent speaker at both national and state association events.
