Ms. Davis has over 20 years’ experience working for a variety of Community Mental Health and Non-Profit facilities in children’s and adult behavioral health and homeless services. Over the span of this career, one concept has become a mantra for her, “Data is Everything!” Ms. Davis has a passion for helping communities and believes data is the best way to track a program’s progress, impact and ultimately vet its long term viability.
Ms. Davis has worked for the Salvation Army in various roles from local community units, an Adult Rehabilitation Center, statewide office and now in the Territorial Office. Since 2016, Ms. Davis has led the Southern Territory’s efforts to track impact and use data driven practices to improve quality care. As Client Management System Administrator, she has the overall responsibility for the administration and evaluation of the Territory's Client Management System across 15 states. This includes configuration and system support from training to technical assistance for end users. Ms. Davis has strategically managed the growth of the system to 235 local units with over 500 users. In 2017 in response to Hurricanes Maria and Irma she developed a new workflow for Emergency Disaster Services which helped track over $1M in funding and services.
Ms. Davis has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic University in West Palm Beach FL and a Master’s in Social Work form the University of Central Florida in Orlando, FL. In her free time Ms. Davis enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, hiking and raising chickens.
