Taedra Rutlin-Tobias, is the SIMS and Pathway of Hope Regional Coordinator, for The Salvation Army- Midland Division. She has a Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling and has 18 years’ experience working in residential, community and higher education settings.
Prior to her work with The Salvation Army, Taedra worked in mental health treatment settings, working with youth and families. Taedra now helps to lead teams and bring systems together, by bridging the gap between Social Service programming and data collection, working to generate quality outcomes that can be used to create more effective services for communities.
Taedra is also in a Provisional Licensed Professional Counselor, an adjunct instructor in the Psychology Department at the University of Phoenix and a Nationally Certified Mental Health First Aid Instructor.
