Julie Dromgoole is the Director of Operations at Progressive Rehabilitation Associates in Portland Oregon where she is responsible for implementing innovative business strategies, efficient processes, and quality tools/resources. Her work is aimed at supporting the multi-disciplinary rehab team in providing evidence-based, hands-on approaches that combine medical guidance, therapeutic technique and behavioral education to benefit individuals living with brain injury or chronic pain achieve their most independent and fulfilling life.

Her interest in neuro-rehabilitation started early in her career as a treating occupational therapist and has strengthened over time. She has over 10 years of hospital-based leadership experience in rehabilitation including inpatient rehabilitation, acute therapies, outpatient neuro as well as orthopedics. Julie serves on the BIAA Professional Council College, is a founding board member of the non-profit foundation, “Getting Back & Giving Back” and a Medical Rehabilitation CARF surveyor.
