Doug Norvell is responsible for WellSky’s Quality & Compliance solutions for hospitals, blood centers, and cellular therapy facilities. He enjoys working with clients to improve their quality and efficiency while meeting ever-changing compliance and accreditation requirements. Doug joined WellSky in 2010. He was previously the founder and CEO of KnowledgeForge, and has also served in VP and director-level positions at Agilent Technologies, Hewlett-Packard, and several startups. He has more than 20 years of experience in quality and regulatory compliance and is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
