Selena Ortiz has always strived for knowledge and movement. She started her career at Wellsky in 2013 as a technical support rep, a little less than year she moved to sales. In 2015 she found her niche in the training department. Since 2015 she has traveled through out the US to aide agencies transition to WellSky’s Software Products. Selena has helped many agencies with workflow processes to ensure their success. Her key components to a successful transition are the five C’s: Communication, Customization, Compliance, Consistency and Collaboration. Selena currently trains Home Health, Private Duty and Billing with Hospice on the horizon.
