I have worked in the infusion industry (in reimbursement related roles) since early 1983 working at companies such as: Caremark, Home Intensive Care, and NMC Homecare through their acquisition of Home Intensive Care.
I have a B.S. in Business studies with a concentration in HR Management from New Hampshire College.
I bring a unique reimbursement prospective since I have worked in a branch pharmacy location for a national company, a regional reimbursement center for a national company, and for a company that provides outsourcing services.
I am currently a member of the National Home Infusion Association (NHIA) Payer Advocacy and Relations committee since 2006 and held the role of Chair, Vice Chair, and secretary for a period of 8 years during my participation.
Employed at WellSky since December 1993:
The first two years as a consultant working with software clients to streamline their IV reimbursement process and assist with AR backlog.
During my tenure at WellSky, I have provided consulting services to more than 150 different home infusion and DME sites across the country and internationally.
I am currently the General Manager of WellSky’s Revenue Cycle Services division in Andover, MA. We provide IV & DME consulting, full-service billing and collections, and collection project services to several companies throughout the US. Our customers range from small single-site pharmacies; to large University based infusion sites to National companies.
