Tim has spent the past two decades studying how people navigate their environments through language, cognition, and cultural structures. He holds a PhD from UC Berkeley and an MBA from Erasmus University Rotterdam. His postdoctoral work in computational linguistics focused on applying digital technologies to contextual research. With his expertise in ethnography, technology, and business, he has been able to provide qualitative and quantitative insights to bring value to large national and international organizations. By leveraging this data, he helps companies build and improve their digital services by employing empathy to focus on their end users' success in getting their real jobs done.
