Michelle Justiss is a Director of Product Management and leads the product development teams responsible for WellSky Hospice, Palliative, Business Intelligence, and billing solutions. WellSky has expanded these product lines, under her leadership, and now serves one in every five hospice agencies in the market. Michelle is passionate about building the innovative features needed by today’s hospices, and is helping them power their businesses into the future. Michelle brings 10 years of experience developing products across the healthcare space, and is a certified scrum professional. She graduated from Rice University with a B.S. in Bioengineering and a B.A. in Fine Art.
