Christina Nuqui has more than a decade of experience in home health management. She has held the roles of administrator, private duty manager, branch manager, client care manager and brain injury program director. Christina has a background in social work, including TBI case management, foster care services, elder care and long-term planning. She earned her MSW from Dominican University in 2005. Christina has been successful in the licensing and accreditation of home health and private duty agencies. She enjoys helping agencies create and implement policies and procedures to improve standards and maintain compliance, with an emphasis on human resources. Christina is a frequent presenter on topics such as employee recruitment and retention, building staff morale and successful orientation practices.
