Linda has over 17 years in the healthcare industry. As the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for two hospice agencies in Atlanta, Georgia, she led the charge for exceptional patient centered care and developed a Culture of Compliance within the organization. Linda has served within the WellSky organization for the last six years interacting with agencies across the country leveraging her knowledge and experience to support new and established organizations to ensure compliance and competence with the software application across the product line services. With a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership, Linda has been able to leverage her ability to restructure and realign organizations to create more efficiency and streamline workflow processes to improve compliance and deliver on the promise to honor patients’ not in death, but in how they live until death.
