Cathy Rebella is a Senior Resource Specialist for CARF Medical Rehabilitation with thirty years of experience in the healthcare industry. As a Senior Resource Specialist, Ms. Rebella provides specialized technical assistance to organizations and surveyors, both nationally and internationally, regarding survey procedures and processes as well as standards interpretation. She is responsible in assisting with the planning and coordination of surveyor training as well as the development of other educational events for surveyors and accredited providers. Prior to joining CARF full-time in 2007, Cathy served as a CARF accreditation surveyor for over a decade. Ms. Rebella started her career as an occupational therapist in multiple rural school districts in
Wisconsin. She then served as a senior manager in the Marquette General Health System; most notably serving as the Program Director of Marquette’s Rehabilitation Center. Ms. Rebella holds a Bachelors of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
