Beth Edwards is a Product Analyst for the Homecare Solutions Group at WellSky. As a Product Analyst on the CareTend application, Beth works closely with the product management team, engineering teams, and our customers. She strives to fully understand the jobs our customers are doing in order to create clear and effective user stories for the engineering teams. Prior to accepting her current position at WellSky, Beth was a Group Issue Specialist at USAble Life Insurance responsible for managing the BCBS of Massachusetts contract, and was then the Lead Implementation Consultant & Trainer for Rock-Pond Solutions. She holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Arkansas in Conway, Arkansas.
