Regina L. Greer serves as the United Way of Greater St. Louis, Sr. Vice President – Community Partnerships. Formally the Vice President of Community Response and Director of 2-1-1, Regina has been a member of the UWGSL Team since December of 2009. An experienced Customer Service Professional with strengths in strategic planning and process improvement, Regina has also served as in corporate leadership with the former American Express Incentive Services, as their Director of Business Policy and Compliance and Director of Client Relationship Management; Watlow Electric as a Compliance and Training Consultant, and held multiple leadership roles at American Water Company, including Call Center and Customer Relationship Management and Training and Development Directors. She is credited with increasing service levels in all prior positions through customized performance standards and developing programs that have brought value, expansion and recognition to each organization and department she has been a part of. As the lead for United Way’s direct service efforts, she oversees 2-1-1, regional strategies for systemic community issues such as violence and homelessness, in addition to managing programs such as 100 Neediest Cases. Regina is respected with her community of peers for her leadership, systems level guidance and continued push to go beyond the status quo. Regina has a B.S. in Business Administration from Southern Illinois University – Edwardsville and a Masters in Management and Leadership from Webster University.
