WellSky invites you to submit a presentation to share your knowledge and expertise at one of the most influential conferences for acute, post-acute, and community care.

Presentations will be reviewed and evaluated by the CareForum 2019 Planning Committee based on content, format, and presenter credentials. We're looking for sessions that are: relevant and timely, can help solve the unique challenges presented within the industry, provide real-world applications, and offer educational opportunities.
 

Important Speaker Application Dates

The application for speakers is now open!

 

  • The application deadline has been extended to April 30.
  • All speakers will be notified of their application status by the extension date of May 13.
  • Speakers will be announced by May 15.

 

What You Need to Know Before Applying

 

Session Formats

We are planning the following session formats.

 

  • 60 and 90 minute lecture sessions — Standard lecture session led by 1-2 speakers. These sessions should be able to deliver dynamic content with 1-3 clear audience takeaways. Sessions that can provide a unit of continuing education are preferred.
  • 60 and 90 minute panels — Discussion based panels led by a diverse team of industry leaders to cover a multi-faceted view of key topics. 
 
Tracks
CareForum is a diverse conference that covers all care's potential. The following tracks will be available for presentation submissions and speakers are encouraged to deliver topics that span more than one track if possible.
