Description
The revenue cycle process begins at intake. Unfortunately, each department tends to focus on their processes and not of those who touched the patient before or after, causing an education gap. This presentation will allow attendees to develop an understanding of the workflow from intake through cash receipt. More specifically, attendees will learn to describe each phase of the LTAC/IRF/LTC revenue cycle; identify areas to monitor in each phase; evaluate outcomes using key performance indicators.
