Jeremy Dye is currently the Performance Improvement and Safety Coordinator for Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at Willis Knighton Health System in Shreveport, LA. Prior to placement in his current position, Jeremy was a practicing physical therapist with 22 years of experience in the outpatient, inpatient, and home health settings. Jeremy graduated in 1999 from LSU Health Sciences Center in Shreveport, LA, with a master’s degree in Physical Therapy. Jeremy is a board-certified orthopedic specialist recognized by the APTBS and served as a clinical outpatient team leader for Willis Knighton for 14 years. He is an advisory committee member for the Louisiana Physical Therapy Board, and an ad hoc member of the Government Affairs Committee for APTA-LA.
