Grant is well versed in the senior care industry with a 15-year history across two countries. As a former franchisor for a home care brand in Australia, Grant was drawn to the USA in 2015 to develop and commercialize a B2B referral generation program for home care agencies. He designed a CRM solution for marketers to build relationships with the right targets and help agency owners keep their marketer accountable. Has experience working with home care agencies, restructuring their recruitment, human resources and operations, redefining their workplace culture, and setting key performance measurements to get to a desired EBITDA. Grant joined the team at IHCA to foster the growth of memberships, performance groups, business workshop participation, and developing preferred vendor partnerships to benefit members. Living in Nashville, TN, Grant enjoys playing piano and songwriting and has a passion for working with local NFP community groups.
