eslie is a Registered Nurse with 30+ years of experience. She currently serves as Medical Services of America’s Corporate Director of Clinical Services. This position allows Leslie to work with 22 home health and 18 hospice providers within multi-state operations. Within this role Leslie manages the education, clinical IT, and audit teams for MSA’s home health and hospice divisions. When Leslie began working for Medical Services of America 12 years ago, she started as a home health director, later moving to the corporate headquarters to start-up and manage the clinical IT department. When MSA invested in WellSky, she became project manager for WellSky, which has progressed into her current role. Leslie started her career in the surgical, pediatric and open-heart ICU, then transitioned over to home health. She has worked in numerous roles within the home health arena, including field staff, OASIS auditor, and various clinical leadership roles.
