Barre3 is a full-body workout designed with our signature approach of sustained holds, micro-movements, and cardio bursts that will leave you feeling balanced in body and empowered from within. Barre3 is for everyone. We don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to exercise. Instead, we empower each individual to modify postures and develop body awareness for lasting results. Our signature approach to teaching gives clients a rewarding endorphin high and a deep muscle burn—without pain in areas of the body prone to injury .Our workouts are for all fitness levels and are adaptable for any body. 

This session will be available on-demand after the release time so you can participate at your convenience.

Instructor's notes: 

Handheld hand weights are optional for this class. Weights of 4lbs-8lbs are recommended.
