We'll learn: beer battered fried fish, raw salsa verde, cilantro-lime slaw, mango pico de gallo and MAYBE homemade flour tortilla.

This session will be on-demand after the release time so you can participate at your convenience.

Notes from the chef:

Please do the following prep before class begins:

1. Please have most of the equipment least pretty handy and within easy reach so you may follow along seamlessly.

2. I also recommend having a trash can nearby or a trash bowl on trash bowl on the counter near your workstation.

3. Pre-measure the ingredients for the flour tortillas, but leave separate - we will mix in class.

4. Pre-measure the ingredients for the Crispy Beer Battered Fish, but leave separate - we will mix in class.

5. Other than those recipes, I like to teach a very intuitive approach to cooking with little measuring -- we’ll learn by observing, listening, and tasting most importantly.

6. I’ll be holding a bonus recipe of Pico De Gallo at the end of our lesson if you’d like to procure those ingredients and follow along. It will be a nice, but unnecessary, addition to the tacos
