Gain a better understanding of how stress exists in your body, and how it affects our lives and relationships. We will go over some easy-to-adopt tools and practices to integrate mindfulness into your daily life. Lastly, we will spend time demystifying meditation. Early practitioners set unnecessarily high expectations for their meditation practice. This will help eliminate the intimidation and make meditation and breathing exercises accessible to all. Come open-minded, leave lighter.
