Join Wendy as she leads you through a combination of dynamic stretch, cardio intervals, yoga flow, upper and lower body strengthening, breath awareness, and self-connection. As your heart rate rises and falls, you will surpass your physical and mental limits, revealing a new and empowered mind-body connection. Move your body and elevate your spirit. This class is intended for all from the athletic beginner to the seasoned yogi and everyone in between. Grab a Yoga mat, water bottle, and sweat towel. * Shoes are optional.

This session will be on-demand after the release time so you can participate at your convenience.
