Pilates is a form of low impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility using a mat or multiple different pieces of equipment specific to Pilates exercises (Pilates, Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, , and others). A Mat Pilates class is the foundation for a regular Pilates practice, with each class focusing on strengthening your postural muscles, core, flexibility, and breathwork combined with deepening your mind body connection and stamina. This class will be an entry-level pace; modifications will be given for prenatal and postpartum participants, as well as for each exercise.

This session will be on-demand after the release time so you can participate at your convenience.
