In busy seasons we often forget the importance of rest. Creating space for our bodies and minds to rest and recharge allows us to more fully support our work, our goals, and those around us. In this session, we'll spend time in static holds to soften tight hips and shoulders prior to a guided meditation. Participants would benefit from: yoga blocks (or two pillows), a bolster (or pillow), a yoga mat (or blanket).

This session will be available on-demand after the release time so you can participate at your convenience.

Instructor's notes:

It would be helpful for participants to have a yoga mat or folded blanket and yoga blocks or 2-3 pillows. We won't be moving and sweating so cozy clothing is great for this type of activity.
