Andrew Bash is the owner of Bash & CO. Sothebys International Realty. For the last 20 years, he has been one of the top residential real estate agents in the Midwest. After being the top agent with multiple brokerages in Kansas City, Andrew decided to open his own shop in 2014. An entrepreneurial spirit and passion for real estate and people, he recognized there had to be a better way of doing business for home sellers and buyers. His passion for delivering authentic and genuine experiences to his clients ultimately spilled over into other aspects of his life.
In 2015, armed with an array of interesting life experiences, Andrew set out to try and help young people find ways to treat one another with respect, kindness and compassion. He has made over 200 presentations to those from 1st grade through high school to small businesses and everything in between. Andrew shares his story in hopes that it will help others make positive choices in how they interact with the people around them.

His obsession with how we use our energy and the way it affects others comes from a lifetime of making bad choices, which ultimately led to better choices. His strong belief is that the energy we put out in the universe has a ripple effect that can alter the course of not only our own destiny, but the destiny of others. In 2017, he started a new venture called “Awake Your State.” The purpose of creating this new project is to help individuals focus on the way they use their energy at home, school and in the workplace.

When Andrew is not selling real estate, or doing his part to positively impact the world, he is hanging out with his wife Courtney and his three children Oscar, Auggie and Poppy. There is not a better accountability group than the Bash family to insure he is making positive choices in his treatment of the people around him.
