This session will describe the Ventura County CoC’s work across public and private systems of care to ensure ending homelessness is a shared priority. The county's unique organizational structure supported the expansion of services to integrate into the Homeless Crisis Response System. Unique partnerships include our mental health system; law enforcement; health care system; the local Adult Protective Services department; and Area Agency on Aging.
