It is widely accepted that health is built on a foundation of multiple factors. It is also recognized that the United States, for all of its wealth, ranks low on several health factors. To solve the health challenge, partnerships are required on a scale we have not seen before. Our panel today will share perspectives from health care, government, and social services on what it takes to build systems to address social determinants of health.
