Palmetto GBA is the Medicare Administrative Contractor (MAC) for many home health and hospice agencies. This session will include information regarding the most recent updates and changes in Medicare regulations – as well as potential future changes – that affect the states for whom Palmetto GBA is the MAC. Participants will learn about documentation requirements, available tools, and resources that will enable them to better implement processes that ensure they comply with the rules.
