OASIS-D accuracy is especially difficult, particularly the GG items. This session will educate and discuss the collaborative team approach, best practices to assess patients, accurate scoring. Focus will be on all OASIS time points, particularly on the Discharge OASIS from which outcomes arise. Key to PDGM, as well as outcomes and compliance, this is an informative session for you to take back to your clinicians!
