Michael is a 2008 graduate of Le Moyne College in Syracuse, New York. He comes to Therigy from a full service, independent specialty pharmacy in New York State. Michael served as the Director of Service Delivery for Noble, and was instrumental in the initial build out and business plan of Noble Health Services, managing all aspects of facility and operational design. During his time there, Michael helped the organization achieve licensure in all fifty states, multiple national and regional payer contracts, 340B relationships with hospitals throughout New York State, access to several Limited Distribution Drugs, and successfully pursued and managed the ongoing compliance of URAC, ACHC, CPPA, and VIPPS Accreditations. He also oversaw the logistics program of the organization, including partnerships with national shipping carriers, third party monitoring partners, a sophisticated localized delivery program, delivery at discharge initiatives with nearby hospitals, and the review and selection of cold chain packaging.
