Jeff Wagner joined WellSky after over a decade of experience in the home health industry working his way through nearly every role from IT support to his position as a billing director for a multi-million-dollar home health group in South Florida. Since coming to WellSky as a learning consultant, Jeff has worked with both enterprise level organizations who are new to using WellSky as well as existing organizations who are looking to optimize their organizational processes. Jeff’s “from the ground up” experience in the industry gives him unique perspective on the challenges that agencies face integrating their processes with the software and how to optimize their use of WellSky technology.
