The Interface Exception Module provides users with the ability to monitor and take action on exceptions that result from interface transactions that are not successfully processed. With the Interface Exception Module, you can view individual transaction details to determine the reason for the exception, correct the problem, and if appropriate, re-submit the transaction by using the interface.  WellSky attendees will walk students through the basics of troubleshooting with the Interface Exception Module, using common support case scenarios as examples.
