Paige Stanton graduated in 2017 with a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling and spent the first year of her career providing counseling services for children. Shortly after, Paige was hired at Flagler Hospital and began as a Community Health Associate addressing social determinants of health. While at Flagler Paige provided case management and resource navigation to community members and quickly grew into a program management role. During her time with the organization she has developed a program to increase access and break down stigma surrounding youth mental health and has helped lead a team to develop and use its HMIS system for HUD and non-HUD related projects. Paige is currently the Director of Social Innovations with Flagler Health + Care Connect and is working to develop the Care Connect model to share with other communities in hopes of closing health disparities and increasing access to resources.
